Non-profit organisations, informal groups and citizens can apply in areas of low civic cohesion and participation of 12 countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain. The deadline is the 26th of April 2021.

The Civic Europe Idea Challenge supports up to 20 ideas with grants of up to €35,000 each – moreover, following the idea of systems thinking, the CE Idea Challenge doesn’t merely support its winning ideas through funding but through a training and mentoring programme.
