Since 2005, 4Change has been a social and cultural cooperative imagining and promoting a transition to a more equitable society, through designing participatory projects, producing knowledge and creating learning opportunities in fields such as citizenship education, media literacy, human rights, gender and inclusion.

Sandra Oliveira

Head Advisor

Co-founder of 4Change, she has collaborated with a significant number of national and international NGOs and funders: consultant for the European Commission (INTPA), alumna of the Bosch Foundation BAN/IAC, project manager for Global Citizenship and Cooperation (GB, MZ, AGO, EU) and researcher at CE3C/FCUL in the INCITE-DEM project – Democracy and Sustainability. She has a background in Communication Sciences and Anthropology, in the design and facilitation of participatory processes, and in methodologies such as theory of change and participatory photography.

Alexandra Dias da Silva

Project Manager

With a background in Education and Storytelling, she has worked as a public relations and social responsibility project manager – and is an experienced trainer in areas such as Civic Literacy for the media, oral storytelling and education. An ability to communicate adapted to each situation and each team, with experience of corporate work and with diverse target audiences – a passion for origami and the pleasure of being a storyteller.

Felipe Faillace Salazar

Project Manager

Strategic designer and social entrepreneur, Felipe has been working for over 10 years as a Service Designer and Strategic Consultant involved in implementing creative solutions using digital technology, collaboration, and design thinking. He works developing digital transformation and social innovation processes with social businesses, NGOs, foundations, municipal libraries, independent entrepreneurs, and international corporations.

Marina Bravo

Project Manager

Marina Bravo is a historian and educator specializing in cultural heritage and community education projects. At 4Change, she coordinates and facilitates activities at the Neighborhood Museum, promoting participatory photography workshops with young people and supporting the curation of exhibitions. Academically and professionally, she focuses on cultural mediation and methodologies that bring communities closer to heritage in a creative and inclusive way.

Gestora de Projetos

Educadora Social com experiência em projetos educativos, comunitários e culturais, focados na cidadania ativa, desenvolvimento local e participação comunitária. Especializada em metodologias participativas, mediação educativa e capacitação de públicos estratégicos através de práticas artísticas e processos democráticos criativos de envolvimento comunitário. Na 4Change, coordena e facilita atividades do Museu do Bairro_ Entre Gerações.

Isabel Valente

Communications Manager

Passionate about communication as a tool for building a more just society. She holds a degree in Communication Sciences and is certified in Digital Marketing and E-commerce. She has several decades of experience in communication for civil society organizations, branding, and comprehensive management of projects, events, and communication teams.

Joana Saraiva

????

Joana Saraiva has a degree in Philosophy and Theater, post-graduate studies in Theater and Community and Philosophy with Children and Young People. She organizes artistic and educational projects on migration, intercultural dialogue and human rights, and is a language mediator, a collaborator with the National Arts Plan and a trainer at Real Pelágio.
