Since 2008, the Montepio Foundation’s Frota Solidária project has been promoting mobility and social inclusion throughout the country. By offering support vehicles to IPSS in various regions of the country, the project also helps to combat isolation and depopulation in the interior.

4Change is currently carrying out an Impact Assessment of this project using a methodological approach based on theory of change, case studies and data triangulation.
