At the beginning of 2024, the CLAP project train reached new stops: Almada and Linha de Sintra.
4Change has started two training processes with groups of 11 new facilitators in the two territories, hosted by the Almada Mundo Association (Almada) and Jipangue (Linha de Sintra), and in March we started testing the activities in the toolkit with the groups accompanied by these mediators.
In both experiences, the CLAP proposal was welcomed with open arms and seen as necessary in the context of the greater polarization of racist and xenophobic discourse in Portugal and especially in these two territories, which live with a derogatory media narrative about themselves and their people.
It has never been better to think and work collectively for the rights of all people.
