How do you involve citizens in the common good? How do you energize a community (be it a territory or an online group)? How do you follow up on an idea, generate expectations and support citizens over time? We invite everyone who works and lives in Ajuda or the city of Lisbon to join us for this informal meeting.
The afternoon will be open to all people: starts with the launch of the Erasmus + COMENSI_Social Inclusion project toolkit: the Toolkit: Community Engagement for Social Inclusion (in translation) and presents a handful of methodologies and good practices from organizations working in the five European cities where the project is taking place – Ajuda in Lisbon, Palermo (Italy), Berlin (Germany), London (United Kingdom) and Lubljana (Slovenia).
Good pretext for to join the conversation with organizations and people who work and live Aid together with other citizens and initiatives in the city – this is followed by the discussion ‘Involving a community – how do you involve and support citizens for the common good?’ – the round table will feed into the research of the Robert Bosch Foundation’s supported pilot project “Communities, civil society and NGOs – how do you involve citizens?“
And is the motto for opening up the conversation to the people of Ajuda and inviting them to the “Ajuda é Linda!” Port of Honor: a time to share the life stories of those who live here. At the same time, intentions, ideas and desires are being collected that can be supported by the BipZip “Incubadora Popular D’Ajuda” project that is starting now: civic actions, environmental projects and boosting the local economy.
