On July 10, from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., this is the theme of the face-to-face workshop - for associations, NGDOs and those working in education and communication - which will also be a webinar for those outside Lisbon.

How to communicate without reinforcing stereotypes? How to use the media to value diversity and human rights?

On July 10, from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., this is the theme of the face-to-face workshop – for associations, NGDOs and those working in education and communication – which will also be a webinar for those outside Lisbon.

We are going to present materials and tools that address this issue that concerns us: how can we avoid reinforcing prejudices in our communication and how can we produce videos and content that reinforce human rights?

It will be an intense hour and a half showing how creativity and media literacy can be allies – and reflecting on how to avoid building stereotypes, for a more positive communication – full of humanity and diversity.

If you work in education, communication, in an NGO or association – or simply want to think about how to build messages with more humanity – this meeting is for you.

It will be a face-to-face workshop at the headquarters of the Portuguese Platform of NGDOs – and broadcast online – aimed at educators, young people and organizations interested in more inclusive communication and audiovisual production – and in the themes of diversity and anti-racism.

This project takes place within the framework of the Erasmus+ project CLAP! – Collective Learning through Antiracist Media Production with NGOs from Greece and Belgium – and 4Change in Portugal. We will present the e-learning platform, videos and other materials from the CLAP project.
